The initiative aims to support emerging filmmakers through a networking event that connects them with relevant professionals from the Swiss and International film industry.
This new initiative aims at highlighting other talents than those participating in the VdR-Pitching and the Work-in-Progress, especially the young filmmakers, as VdR contributes to nurture new talents through its programming and the diverse labs (Opening Scenes, Rough Cut Lab, Development Lab). This networking day will thus consist, on one hand, in developing a sustainable community of VdR talents and, on the other hand, in connecting them with relevant players of the Swiss and International film industry and broadening their horizons as filmmakers.
