Cici

Cici comes from a village in Romania. He earns his living with “Capra”, a puppet whose beak produces a snapping sound. But Cici’s request for a permit to perform in the streets of Lausanne is denied because of some complaints about the snapping. The film follows Cici’s life, his run-ins with the authorities and the relationship with the Swiss people who provide assistance to Roma migrants.
