Access
(In case of on-site screenings)
The accreditation badge gives access to all Festival screenings depending on availability. However, you must book your ticket for each screening online with the access code that you will receive with your accreditation.
This year, due to the sanitary measures, we have been obliged to reduce the number of seats per screening. Therefore, we kindly ask you to book your seat only if you are sure to attend the screening. In this regard, we let you know that you cannot book more than 8 screenings a day and it is not possible to book two simultaneous screenings.
Please follow these steps in order to book your seat for any screening:
→ Follow this link
→ Choose the screening(s) of your choice
→ Click on « More infos…»
→ Enter your ID and Code and login
→ Click on « Book my seat » to finalise the order
→ You can have an overview of your booking(s) by clicking on the « reservation » button on the top right corner of your screen.
Your reservation(s) will then be charged onto your accreditation badge that awaits you at the Accreditation Desk.
Please note that you need to have your accreditation badge to access the screening venues.
You need to book your seat either online or at the main ticket office for each screening, and be at the venue at least 5 minutes before the film starts to take your seat. We point out that in all of our projection rooms, you will only be able to sit on the unmarked seats, except for La Grande Salle, where you will have to sit on the marked seats.

Accreditation
New sanitary measures
Please note that you will have to present a negative COVID-19 test result to collect your accreditation.
Please present a confirmation of a negative test result to the hospitality & accreditation desks, which is a 5-minute walk from the train station, in the Salle Colombière.
Filmmakers with a film in the programme
Please go directly to the Hospitality desk and meet Amandine Bula, who will hand you over everything you need including your badge.
Industry Guests & Project Holders
Please go to the Accreditation desk. Your badge will be waiting for you there.
VdR–Film Market
Industry/Press/Pro accreditations give access to the VdR–Film Market, an online platform that includes a selection of +400 new creative documentaries (including Visions du Réel’s Official selection as well as many more unreleased films).
VdR–Film Market remains online for three months after the Festival for the Industry/Pro accreditation holders and for two weeks after the Festival for the Press accreditation holders.
